This past weekend, Kelsey and Ammelia represented Scott FFA at the Rising Sun Conference! 💙💛

With a fun High School Musical theme, the conference brought together chapter leaders from across the state for an amazing weekend of leadership development, connection, and growth. ⭐

Kelsey and Ammelia spent the weekend strengthening their leadership skills, building new connections, and preparing to make an even bigger impact within our chapter throughout the year!

We’re excited to see how they bring what they learned back to Scott FFA and help make this a great year for our members! 💙💛

We had a great time attending the Metal Works Expo at the Kentucky Welding Institute!🧑🏻‍🏭🔥

This was our third year attending, and our students always have a great time learning and exploring the opportunities available in the welding industry!

Throughout the day, students got to:
🔧 Meet with industry partners
🔥 Learn and practice different welding skills
🏆 Learn about the new requirements for the Kentucky FFA State Welding CDE

We also got to catch up with Isaac and Carter, both 2026 Scott FFA graduates, who are now attending KWI! It was great seeing them continue their education and pursue their passion for welding!

It was definitely a hot day, but a great day We’re already looking forward to next year!

Applications are now open for the Kentucky FFA Foundation Jacket Grant Program, providing one FFA member from each chapter the opportunity to receive a full FFA jacket scholarship.

The blue jacket represents belonging, opportunity, and experiences that can last a lifetime. We’re proud to help put it within reach for more Kentucky FFA members.
