Our Purpose

We have a Christian Day School to assist the home in its responsibility of giving its youth a Christian education. Such Christian education aims to foster faith and motivate an entire life of Christian living. The basis for all our objectives is the Word of the Lord Himself, for He has commanded, “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it,” (P

What a fantastic day at the annual MLS Track Meet on Wednesday!

Our 5th–8th grade athletes represented Emanuel Lutheran School with determination, sportsmanship, and school spirit throughout the day. We are incredibly proud of each student for giving their best effort in every event. Their hard work paid off, as our athletes brought home many ribbons and accomplishments to celebrate!

One of the highlights of the day was an exciting 2nd place finish by our 5th grade girls in the 4x100 relay! 🎉 This was the very first time these girls had ever run a relay together, and they worked as a team beautifully, running a tremendous race and earning a well-deserved ribbon.

Congratulations to all of our athletes for their outstanding performances. We are blessed with students who compete with both talent and character.

Way to go, Eagles! 💙💛

Today we celebrate a very special milestone for our Emanuel Lutheran School 8th grade graduates! 🎓✝️

These three students have grown so much during their years at Emanuel — academically, spiritually, and personally — and now God is leading them into an exciting new chapter as they continue their education at Michigan Lutheran Seminary.

Leaving home, moving downstate, and living in dorms is a big step, but we know the Lord goes before them in every moment. We are so proud of their courage, faith, dedication, and the Christ-centered young adults they have become.

As they begin this journey, we pray they always stay rooted in God’s Word, find strength in His promises, and continue shining His light wherever they go.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid… for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:6

Congratulations, graduates! Your Emanuel family is cheering you on, praying for you, and excited to see all the wonderful things God has planned for your futures. ❤️

Today we celebrate our amazing Kindergarten graduates at Emanuel Lutheran School! 🎓❤️

What a joy it has been to watch these precious children learn, grow, laugh, worship, and shine throughout the school year. From learning their letters and numbers to growing in kindness, confidence, and faith, each child has been a blessing to our Emanuel family.

As they take this exciting next step, we pray they always remember that they are wonderfully made, deeply loved, and guided by God every step of the way.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

Congratulations, Kindergarten Class! Your futures are bright, and we cannot wait to see all the incredible things God has in store for each of you. ✝️
