Good morning! I am back!!! Been a while. Time to get out and ruck.

Congratulations CFP, you have proven yourselves biased to Alabama. I laugh at the talk the CFP is biased to Notre Dame.

How does a 10-3 make it in to the playoffs? Unheard of an utterly ridiculous!

After getting absolutely destroyed by Georgia and barley survived against Auburn( with a back up qb and a host of other starters injured)
They stay at 9????
Miami should be 9 and Notre Dame 10. I would bet both of them would beat Alabama by 10 if they played today.

The CFP might as well have their meetings in Tuscaloosa. When they left Alabama at 9, I am sure they all chanted “Roll Tide”

Have not posted in a while… been busy refereeing soccer… until I suffered an Achilles injury. Time for rehabilitation and extensive stretching with copious ice.
This too shall pass.

Day 2 of the 28 Day Home Work Out Challenge

Of course I had to get a quick ruck march in too. FY Get Some!!!

Begin with HIIT followed by a 1 mile ruck. Get some!

1.27 miles with my dog, Luna. 21 minutes… not a bad walking pace. Have to restart somewhere.
