To those who have been here for a while, and to those I’m just meeting—hello, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Amanda Brothers.

I’m a Life Transition & Wholeness Coach, Emotional Healing and Identity Speaker, and trauma-informed faith-based strategist.

But more than a title… I help women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are after life transitions begin again.

Through coaching and teaching, I walk with women through emotional healing, identity restoration, and life transitions so they can rebuild their lives with clarity, wholeness, and practical faith.

Because many women are not lacking strength…
they’re carrying too much silently.
They don’t need more pressure.
They need healing.
They need clarity.
They need truth that helps them come back to themselves.

That’s what I do.

I help women move from survival mode into lives that are whole, anchored, and aligned again.

I help them:
• process what they’ve been carrying emotionally and begin to heal
• rediscover their identity beyond pain and past seasons
• reset their mindset and emotional patterns
• rebuild their lives with clarity and intentional steps forward
