Customer of the Week!! We hit another milestone this week: $65k in sales and today Carlos was our 65th customer of the day!!! Congrats!

We know we shared a little bit about the Heritage Day of Portugal from the State House earlier this week, but here’s more behind the scenes!
Students decorated cupcakes with a soccer theme for the World Cup and then took a twist on a Portuguese Salad and made it a little “fancy” as they said.
These students did an incredible job!

Our grain/salad bar is the place to be this week! We wanted to try something new & bring a “healthier” bar option to our teachers and patrons.
Chef Alabach & Gibson made their bowls today with spinach, quinoa, rice, shrimp, chicken, avocado, sweet potato, spicy mayo, and more…
You make your bowl however you would like! We will say the brussel sprouts & sweet potato
were very popular today!
We are open tomorrow (Thursday) and Friday 10:30 am -1 pm and during all staff lunches!

From one event to another - honoring three THS Culinary alumni at the MRA Scholarship dinner in Danversport. These three students are continuing their education in the culinary, nutrition, and culinary management. Collectively they took home over $10,000 in scholarships!
