42nd HERITAGE DAY OF PORTUGAL:
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending the wonderful Day of Portugal celebration at the State House, where two members of the Taunton Public Schools community, Stephanie Hoye and Louie Loura, were honored with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Portuguese-American Legislative Caucus Portuguese Heritage Award. It was a proud and inspiring occasion recognizing their outstanding contributions and dedication to our community. Congratulations!

THS SOFTBALL:
Congratulations to the THS Softball Team on a great win tonight. I do believe Brody is your littlest fan!

THS Scholarship Night:
A wonderful evening was held last night to celebrate members of the senior class. Many thanks to the scholarship donors who generously provide funds for our students. On behalf of the Taunton School Committee, congratulations on your accomplishments and best of luck as you follow your own personal path!

We are both truly honored to serve the citizens of Taunton on the Taunton City Council and Taunton School Committee. Thanks to our family and friends who came out tonight to support us.
