Good morning,

A big thank you to our incredible Tate families for helping us collect 7 large boxes of books during our Dolly Day book drive! Your generosity is helping us spread the joy of reading far beyond the walls of Tate.

Books were placed in Little Free Libraries throughout Pickens County, giving children and families in our community the opportunity to discover a new favorite book, share a story, and fall in love with reading.

We are so grateful for a school community that continues to show us that a little generosity can make a BIG difference!

Cafeteria Circus, "Where Nutrition Takes Center Stage!" Every day our school cafeteria team performs a masterful balancing act--juggling complex regulations, tight schedules and student preferences, all while delivering high-quality meals with flair. It is time to shine the spotlight on the extraordinary talents behind the counter.

Dear Families,

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences for all students at Tate Elementary! These conferences will provide a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, revisit their goals for the year, and work together as a team to ensure their success. We look forward to meeting with every family IN PERSON, in order to update you on your child’s progress.

Conference Dates & Times

Thursday, October 8th, 2026: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday, October 9th, 2026: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Each conference will last 15 minutes, allowing us time to have a focused discussion about your child’s individual and grade-level goals. We truly value the collaboration between our families and teachers, and we believe this partnership is key to your child’s growth.

To make scheduling easy, we are using Sign Up Genius. If you have any issues, please contact your child’s teacher.

We are thankful for this opportunity to sit down with you and look forward to supporting your child’s learning journey together. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher.
