EF New York Host Families EF New York Host Families accommodate wonderful students from all over the world who come to Tarrytown to improve their English!

International students choose to be with host families to experience living in an American house and to interact with people who live in New York. Students study at our Tarrytown campus during the weekdays and have the opportunity to participate in several exciting activities created by our fabulous activities team.

Country of the week: Portugal! Worldwide, Portuguese is spoken by 230million people (210m native speakers) and is the official language of 9 countries--Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe.
Suella is currently in Portugal seeking host family students to bring to your homes!

Host Families: With the impending weather, most flights have been cancelled for the weekend. This means that students who were expected to depart today will need a couple of extra nights. Those who were supposed to arrive will probably arrive through the week. We will keep you posted!
