Color Camera Club of Westchester

A club for camera hobbyists to improve their skills, meet like minded photographers We also have several print competitions each year.

For almost 70 years the Color Camera Club of Westchester has welcomed members of all backgrounds and abilities who love to take pictures. While we started out as a film photography club, today our members primarily use digital cameras. The Club focuses particularly on encouraging enthusiastic photographers to learn and improve their photography, in a collegial, supportive, challenging environment.

The Club provides an equally engaging venue for its most experienced members as well as beginner photographers, challenging them to expand the range and depth of their photographic skills and techniques. Normally, CCCW meets Monday nights at the Senior Center in Tarrytown and over Zoom. Our weekly meetings feature educational presentations given by gifted photographers and monthly photography contests with educational critiques of member pictures. In addition, CCCW members share their skills with free mentoring programs that teach new skills to our members. We also take local group photography trips and have photography weekends once or twice a year. We would love to have you join us. The Color Camera Club of Westchester presents "Landscapes, Town & Country," a photography exhibit at the Scarsdale Public Library from December 1 through December 30. All works on display are original photographs created by members of the club. A reception will be held on Sunday, December 13, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm; the public is warmly invited to attend.
