PATS Annual House Sorting Ceremony kicked off the new school year on Friday, 8/14!

As part of our Plato-wide PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports) system, each student and staff member is sorted into 1 of 4 houses-- Arete ♥️, Athena 🖤, Philotimo 💙, and Sophrosyne 💚. Each house represents different values and character traits based off of its corresponding Greek name.

During the Sorting Ceremony, the whole school gathers to cheer for new house members as they spin the sorting wheel. In addition, the 8th grade House Leaders are introduced to pump up the crowd and support new members.

PBIS is a proactive approach to establishing behavioral supports and social culture. It focuses on prevention, teaching appropriate behaviors, and consistent positive responses.

We look forward to the next House Event with all our newly sorted members! 🙂

EZ Fingerprints will be on campus from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Please bring cash or check for payment of $85. No credit cards accepted.
