5th Grade Spotlight: A Space Walk and an American Map 🚀 🗺️

PATS 5th graders have been busy the last few weeks exploring space and our 50 states!

On 9/18, Mrs. Levine-Cullity's class hosted a Space Walk for other classes to experience. Students rotated around space stations where each 5th grade group shared their space-themed project presentations, models, and souvenirs of planets and space objects found in our solar system. 👩🏻‍🚀

On 10/2, Ms. Ledoux's class created a huge map of the USA on the pavement behind the E building. Students and volunteers prepped and painted the area to make room for all 50 states. Now that it's completed, students will be able to explore the USA during recess and outside times! Special thanks to parent volunteers and Ms. Fidler for lending a helping hand! 🇺🇸
