We are excited to welcome our new Assistant Principal, Mrs. Brittany Lee, into our Spartan family. Mrs. Lee has graciously served the Pinellas County School community since 2009. Most recently, Mrs. Lee worked as a District-Based Instructional Staff Developer, and we are delighted she is a part of our Tarpon Team! Mrs. Lee is looking forward to meeting our students, families, and community members.

With over 19 years in education, Dr. Dudley brings a wealth of experience as a teacher, administrator, and professor, along with a deep commitment to student success.

Huge congratulations to our TSMS Performing Arts students!

Our talented musicians competed in the 2026 Music USA Festival on Saturday and delivered an incredible performance across the board:

🥇 Chorus – 1st Place, Excellent Rating
🥇 Orchestra – 1st Place, Excellent Rating
🥇 Advanced Band – 1st Place, Superior Rating
🥇 Jazz Band – 1st Place, Superior Rating

The TSMS Jazz Band was also named **Grand Champions**, outperforming even a high school group!

Special shoutout to Liam for earning Outstanding Soloist on the baritone saxophone.

We are so proud of all our students and their teachers for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding achievements!

Tarpon Springs Police Department is hosting their 1st Annual Back to School Bash on August 9th! They are offering haircuts, shoes, bicycle helmets, & more! Please scan the QR code or click the link to register. This event is by appointment only and spots are limited! Please sign up only one child per time-slot and be sure to indicate in your response if you would like your child to receive a bicycle helmet and/or a pair of shoes.

Tarpon Springs Middle School Spirit Week was a huge hit! Our Spartans showed incredible energy, creativity, and school pride all week long.
