🎒🍎 Fueling Our Students Beyond the School Week!

ECPS is excited to launch our Weekend Fuel Pack Program, made possible through a Seed Grant from Healthier Generations in partnership with One Harvest Life Center! ❤️

Each Friday 20 students from 2 of our elementary schools will receive a bag of food to help address weekend food insecurities. This will provide an additional food resource when school is not in session. The program will continue each Friday while grant funds are available.

👏🏽 A special THANK YOU to our school administrators, School Social Work Team, school counselors, and staff for working together to identify needs, coordinate resources, and ensure these bags reach our students!

💙 It takes a team—and together, we’re supporting the whole child, one weekend at a time!

🍂🎉 ECPS Fell Into Attendance—and it was a SUCCESS! 🎉🍂

On September 30, ECPS families came together for our Fall Into Attendance event! Families received attendance information and student attendance reports, shared barriers, enjoyed games and prizes, and received food boxes and hygiene items through our community partnerships. ❤️

👏🏽 HUGE shoutout to our AMAZING Social Work Team for planning such an awesome event and to our administrators and school counselors for their continued support!

📚 Attendance Matters—Every Day Counts! Stay tuned…our next event is coming soon! 🍁

About 3 weeks ago, Deputy Spruill went to a call involving juveniles. He promised the juveniles that if they behaved at home and school, he would give them a basketball goal from his house. Keeping contact with the parents and grandmother, he learned that they had been well behaved. So today, as promised, he delivered the basketball goal. Well done Deputy Spruill!
