North Alabama deserves a public school built for students, by parents, and led with purpose. 🌿✨
Under The Oaks Charter School is on a mission to bring innovative, whole-child education to families across Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, Athens, Trinity, Hazel Green, and Harvest. No ZIP code barriers, no politics.

But to open our doors, we must raise $275,000 to secure our facility, meet state requirements, finalize curriculum, and fund the legal fight to ensure our community’s voice is heard.

We lost our conditional approval not because of our mission, but because our representation wasn’t strong enough. Now we’re standing before the court and the commission again to fight for fairness, innovation, and educational freedom in North Alabama.
