The hand-pieced beauty is finished! 🥰

The client requested a simple swirling design—nothing floral—and I think it was the perfect choice. While Glide is normally my go-to thread, I chose Omni for this quilt because it has a little less sheen. I truly didn’t want the quilting to distract from the beautiful hand-piecing.

They didn’t have anyone lined up to do the binding, so I had a dear quilting friend who shares my appreciation for hand-pieced quilts hand-bind it. ❤️

I can’t wait to deliver this beauty! I truly hope they absolutely love it as much as I do.

I have an upcoming road trip, which means I need to get the next block of my Chicken Salad Quilt ready to go. This is Block Five, and this little chicken’s name is Henrietta! 🐔
