Edible Education We offer a unique summer camp where campers learn about sustainable food practices as well as other important environmental topics.

Each day will consist of daily farm activities, preparing your own farm fresh meals and outdoor classroom activities.

DAILY SCHEDULE

9:00- 9:30 Greeting and Games
9:30- 11:00 Farm Tasks ( Plant, Wash, Harvest etc.)
11:00-12:15- Choose, harvest and prepare lunch
12:15- 2:30- Various environmental lessons based on the theme of the week (outdoor classroom)
2:30- 3:00- Games, Journaling and Reflecting
