ELECTIONS: Italian Club at USF!!! ♥️ 🇮🇹

The Italian Club at USF will be holding elections. All positions are open.
If you are interested in running for one of the positions please reach out to the president Samantha Witke [email protected] as soon as possible.

The positions are as follow:

President: shall preside over meetings, oversee organizational functions, and act as a primary University liaison.

Vice President: Shall assist the President with his/her duties and preside over the organization in the President's absence.

Treasurer: shall receive, dispatch, and keep accurate records of all financial matters regarding the organization and submit the organization's annual budget to Student Government for A&S allocation.

Public Relations Coordinator: shall raise awareness of the Italian club, culture, and language. Participate in most if not all events to recruit new members.

Director of Events: shall coordinate ideas, plan and organize events and activities. Works closely with Treasurer on budget for events.

Historian: shall keep a record of the club’s accomplishments and activities for the year as well as keeping a record of the minutes during club meetings.

Requirements to be able to run for a position:

1) Be a USF student for the following year.

2) Be able to give at LEAST an hour per week to the club

3) Be registered on the club's Bullsync page as a member

Let’s never forget April 25th *Liberation Day* from N***s and Fascists in Italy. Let’s remember the Italian Resistance, that made liberation possible, and all the Partisans who sacrificed their life for freedom with one of the most beautiful Italian songs “Bella Ciao.” A song that all our students have a chance to learn (and sing) in our classes because we always have to be vigilant against fascisms of all sorts!  💪🏻 🇮🇹
