Think paint is just about making an airplane look good? Think again. 👀

When one of our aircraft goes in for paint, it’s not only about giving it a fresh, polished look; it’s also an important part of protecting the aircraft. A properly maintained paint system helps protect the underlying aluminum from moisture, corrosion, UV exposure, and the elements.

So yes, we love seeing our airplanes looking fresh… but there’s a lot more to that new paint job than meets the eye! 🛠️✈️

Whether you’re behind the desk, turning wrenches, teaching a lesson, logging hours, taking your first discovery flight, or simply stopping by to share your love of aviation, you’re an important part of the Atlas family.

Aviation is so much more than airplanes. It’s the people, the friendships, the milestones, the early mornings, the late nights, the first solo, the checkride passed, the new ratings earned, and all the little moments in between. 🛩️

A huge congratulations to Heather on earning her Private Pilot Certificate! Heather has truly embodied dedication throughout her journey, and we couldn’t be more proud of all the hard work she has put in to reach this milestone.
