Our Grant Writing Team Guidance, from an evaluation perspective, includes our guidance in the following areas: grant goals and objectives, success criterion, strategic plans by use of evaluative logic models, aligning program details with evaluation goals, developing a strong evaluation plan, grant action plan for data collection and analysis, timelines for grant deliverables, and more. We offer 3 hour sessions (we no longer offer 6 hour sessions - I will update this on the website) and train education leaders and teachers in a variety of areas including preparing students for standardized assessments, meeting grade level academic goals, improving school academic outcomes, developing teacher leaders and more.
