President’s Day Sale!

I own a business called Speech Connection LLC! I am now seeing clients via Teletherapy or in their own homes and daycares! Since the pandemic I have not seen clients at my clinic/office location. I am having a closing the office/President’s Day Sale next weekend on Feb 13, 14th from 1-5pm and Feb 15th from 8-5pm . The office is located at 1936 W. Please wear a mask and wash your hands before entering the office. I am selling filing cabinets, chairs, tables and a desk, toy bins, toys, book shelf, books, etc. Please tell your friends and family. We are currently seeing clients via Teletherapy. We may see some clients at our office in Tampa if appropriate using our COVID-19 policies. We will be wearing masks and gloves as well as sanitizing after each client. We prefer Teletherapy over in person services at this time to stop the spread of the virus. Speech Connection is a private practice based out of Tampa FL. We see clients of all ages. We are expanding and starting Teletherapy or online therapy for our clients in Florida, Nevada and Ohio. This can be especially good for clients who live in rural areas and can’t find a provider near their home. It is also good at this time due to COVID-19 so we don’t spread the virus.

We can take insurance in Florida and some insurances will pay for Teletherapy. We would be out of network for Nevada and Ohio. Teletherapy has been around for 11 years or more. We do interactive activities with older children on the screen and with younger or more severe children a parent or adult needs to be present. We facilitate and help parents develop communication skills in their children in their own natural environment. We do not use the computer screen for small children or children with severe deficits. This can be better than going to a clinic because now the child will learn his/her skills in his/her own home. This gives the parents more hands on training.
