For the past few weeks, I’ve been using this app called .me . It enables you to enter and track what you are grateful for on the daily. It also allows you to create affirmations which remain at the top of the screen—here are a few of mine. It’s important to write them in the present tense so as to attract the energy that is readily available to you (re: The Secret). These statements affirm how I feel about myself, my career, and my relationships.
