Continuing Students: The cancellation deadline is approaching! Cancel by June 1st for any reason. Cancellation is not guaranteed after that date. Visit your Residence by Symplicity account to submit your form before Saturday.

The Office of Residence Life is excited to share a new partnership with Collegeboxes, powered by U-Haul, beginning this spring. The Collegeboxes program is the only UT-approved move-in and storage program that offers in-room pre-arrival deliveries, allowing students to have their items placed in their Fall 2023 room assignments prior to move-in day. Students who use the service can check-in and walk into their rooms to see their belongings already here!

Current on-campus residents will be able to sign up with Collegeboxes for select dates this spring to drop off items on campus, which the company can store over the summer months. Current on-campus residents who are planning to live off-campus may have the items shipped to their off-campus residence.

Incoming residents can also utilize the service to direct ship their items from home, including international locations.

We will continue to permit other delivery services to operate on campus, provided they are complying with move-in/parking policies.

Our Office Assistants are so excited to have our students back on spartan ground! We hope everyone has a great move-in experience. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. This week only we will also be open Saturday August 27th from 10am to 2 pm to further assist you. Happy move-in everyone!

Don't forget to order your Microfride by August 1. It will be delivered to your room prior to your arrival!
