How to Build Better Teacher-Paraeducator Teams | NEA “It's wonderful when you work together.”

A few photos from Monday night's ASPIRE! This was our first session after the Winter break and we are still in full swing towards helping our Candidates get to the finish line in becoming a NBCT.

Right now, most of our candidates are drafting up their papers. It's important to understand what each question is asking and requires. This is where the instruction and guidance from our PLFs and facilitator comes in. Each candidate is paired with at least 1 PLF who coaches them through the process and one of their biggest cheerleaders!

Their journey continues throughout the year and we will keep you updated on the way!

We are still in the swing of things in our ASPIRE! program 😁 Today will be another evening session with our ASPIRE! Learning Community as they continue to receive guidance from our PLFs as they work through their chosen components.
