In honor of commencement and Mother’s Day, we’re proud to spotlight WLP Scholar Mikayla Perez, ’26, and her mother, Tiffany Perez, ’03, a proud USF alumna and supporter. What began as a USF love story for Tiffany and her husband, Nelson, has grown into a lasting family legacy.

Named USF’s Family of the Year in 2024, the Perez family exemplifies the love, support and commitment that shape future leaders. Today, we celebrate both a graduating scholar and the mother whose guidance helped make it possible.
