Special thanks to our outstanding speakers, session leaders, volunteers and community partners including the teams at Tampa General Hospital, Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation (CAMLS) and The Florida Aquarium for helping create such a memorable experience for our IBD community.

Dr. Aishwarya Sriram, neuro-ophthalmologist at USF Health Department of Ophthalmology, recently helped lead a global neuro-ophthalmology training program at Instituto Mexicano de OftalmologĂa (IMO). The program brought together experts from around the world for a three-week virtual lecture series, followed by a hands-on week in Mexico.

recently concluded the 2026 Voice AI Symposium + Hackathon, a three-day event that brought together national leaders and innovators in artificial intelligence, voice biomarkers and health care.
The event stems from one of four data generation projects funded in 2022 by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Bridge2AI initiative, which Dr. Yael Bensoussan is co-leading in collaboration with Weill Cornell Medicine. The symposium fostered interdisciplinary collaboration and forward-thinking discussion focused on advancing the future of health care through voice AI technologies.
