That's 24 Hours of Training per Month, which breaks down to only $3.75 per Training Hour! This is the setup for a classic Pressure Sales tactic. They'll require you to set an in-person appointment, and only THEN will pricing be discussed. At Fight Team LLC we strive to develop a strong sense of Family, Camaraderie & Unity amongst our Team. We constantly aspire to get the most out of our Training Sessions, and bring out the absolute BEST in our Fighters. You will receive individualized, personal attention, and will quickly develop an unwillingness to accept anything less than the BEST from yourself. You'll find the Coaches to be Motivating, Friendly & Knowledgeable and, equally as important, you'll find your Teammates to be Helpful & Encouraging. Training at Fight Team LLC is Fast Paced & High Intensity. You’ll constantly be challenged Physically, as well as Mentally. A strong emphasis is placed on keeping training Unique and Interesting, while still ensuring continuous improvement on the basics through proper Technique & necessary Repetition. Champions train Champions, and at Fight Team LLC we offer expert training for Amateur & Professional fighters who intend to ‘Go to War’ in the Ring or the Cage. Striking, Takedowns & Submissions - all (3) phases of MMA are meticulously taught by some of the best Coaches in the Business. Our Coaches do not just Talk the Talk, they’ve Walked the Walk. MMA, Sanshou, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Submission Grappling & Wrestling - they’ve competed, and won, in ALL arenas of the Sport Combat fight game. Our style of fighting was made popular by former middleweight U.F.C. & StrikeForce fighter Cung Le and Kickboxing legend, Don "The Dragon" Wilson. Sanshou is a dynamic style that will not only develop all of the tools necessary to become a World-Class Fighter, but will also forge the Body into tip-top physical shape as well as sharpen the Mind. It's a great fighting style for experienced Grapplers looking to hone their Striking & Takedown skills, as it includes all of the Punches, Kicks, Knees & Elbows found in Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai, as well as many of the Takedowns, Sweeps & Throws found in Judo & Wrestling. In addition to the Striking & Takedowns you'll find in our Sanshou training, we also offer Ground Fighting & Submissions in our No-Gi Jiu Jitsu training. The ground may be the end for most, but for a No-Gi Jiu Jitsu practitioner, it’s only the beginning. No-Gi Jiu Jitsu is extremely practical in real-life, as well as in the Cage. In fact, much of the grappling you see in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) today is learned via No-Gi Jiu Jitsu. Gi’s are no longer worn in MMA fights, and our No-Gi Jiu Jitsu classes will ensure you are ready to roll when you step on the Mat, in the Ring, or into the Cage. You’ll learn to not only apply, but also how to defend against Chokes, Joint Locks, Guards, Mounts, Transitions, Reversals, Sweeps & Escapes. Our current Training Schedule is as follows:

Those of you more well-tenured fighters from my Gym, Fight Team LLC, miiiiiiight recognize the person we ran into while visiting, of all places, Cozumel... Kevin Schwagg!

Kev has been a Member of Fight Team LLC for over 12 years now.

He has seen former Fighters try to destroy Fight Team LLC.

Twice.

And he has seen me rebuild Fight Team LLC.

Twice.

He has fought for Fight Team LLC.

He has run Training Sessions at FightTeam LLC.

He has Corned with me for numerous fighters from Fight Team LLC.

He has been to NatIonal Championships with Fight Team LLC.

He has attended Award Ceremonies crowning the #1 Overall Sanshou Team in the Country as Fight Team LLC.

He has been to World Championships with Fight Team LLC.

He has attended Award Ceremonies crowning the #1 Overall Sanshou Team in the World as The United States of America... lead by me, Owner/Head Coach of Fight Team LLC.

He has been to Hall of Fame Inductions for me, Owner/Head Coach of Fight Team LLC.

He and I have seen 3 States and 2 Countries together over that 12+ years time span, due to everything mentioned previously, for Fight Team LLC.

But, most importantly, through everything regarding Fight Team LLC, he has been a Friend, to ME.

It's absolutely ASTOUNDING how excited I am to be taking my 2 youngest Daughters on their very FIRST Cruise.

It feels as though I, myself, am experiencing Cruising ALL over again.

But BETTER.

Because I get to experience it through THEIR beautiful little eyes.

🚨 LONG POST 🚨

Fight Team LLC's 2025 ESPN Fantasy Football Season CHAMPIONSHIP Flashback.

Big thanks to all of the 9 other teams for yet ANOTHER great year of Fantasy Football, but a SPECIAL thanks to our "Comish", Josh White, for keeping this together for FAR longer than the 5 years cited in this video.

Since my 2 strokes, I feel as though I haven't been at the TOP of my game, in spite of dedicating more time to my craft - for those that don't already know, I am the Owner/Head Coach of an MMA Gym (specializing in Chinese Full-Contact Kickboxing) based in Tampa, FL.

My fighters, individually, have continued to perform insanely well (I am grateful I hadn't failed THEM).

However, 'Once upon a time...', my TEAM as a whole were perpetually winning the prestigious title of ' #1 Overall Team in the Country' based on overall Medals at Nationals.

This has alluded me, EVERY year, since the morning that I was not intended to wake up.

Everyone who has spent time with me since I suffered those 2 strokes (Frontal Lobe & Basal Ganglia), my Neurologist included, would tell you that I have recovered 100%.

To anyone else but ME, they'd be correct.

But, the truth is, they'd be WRONG.

I am grateful to have still retained the ability to PRODUCE winners.

But I, myself, have NOT been a winner since that morning.

This "silly" Fantasy Football Season Championship means more to me than it probably should.

Because, to ME, it gives reason for optimism.

The thought that maybe, just MAYBE, I am returning back to "winning", is a step towards the recovery that nobody can see, but me.

My Mind and my Body may have recovered... but my SPIRIT has not.

This is one SMALL step in the right direction TOWARDS that.

I will do everything in my power to get back what I've lost.

I have been to the TOP of the Mountain.

The World KNOWS I can do it.

I do not need to prove this to the World.

The hard truth is...

I really need to prove this to MYSELF.

Everyone wants to EAT.

Not everyone wants to HUNT.

2026, here is your official warning...
