Hello Alumni! We are back at school for spring semester and want to announce that we are having spring recruitment this year! Get ready for another Alumni event where you will get to meet all the new sisters! Hope everyone had a great new years and we are looking forward to sharing all of our activities with you!

Hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving with their family and friends. To de-stress from the approach of final exams and to get in the holiday spirit, the Sig Delts are hosting our very own Holiday Party on December 2nd at 7pm on campus in the Music Room. We hope to see some familiar faces there.

Hello ladies! As you may know October is breast cancer awareness month and as a sorority we are participating in the local Breast Cancer walk. Our goal is to reach $2,500 and we currently have $2,430, so we are almost there! I am posting a link below that will connect you to our Sig Delt team page. If you could please donate, even if it is $5, we would greatly appreciate it. Plus, it is going to a great cause!

If your still in the area and want to even join our team we would be more than happy to see some alumni faces at this event! New members will be participating also so you will get a chance to meet them. It is at 8am October 20th (this Saturday) and starts in front of the Tampa Bay Times Forum. The walk is a mile and a half on Bayshore, so you can enjoy the sight too :)

For the new member process this year myself and the VP of new member education Bianca Blomberg is setting up an event for the Alumni Pearl. It will be called "Till DΣΔTH Do Us Part". As of right now it is scheduled for the 21st of October and will be similar to a "dessert swap". This way alumni and new members will be able to interact with each other while indulging on some sweets. When I find out more information from Bianca I will let you all know. For any other questions contact me or Bianca. We hope to see some alumni who are still in the area attend!

Hello Sisters! The other night, we had the famous risk management speaker, David Stollman, at UT to speak to us about some changes that should be made! He also gave us was the incredible opportunity to earn money for our chapter and for our philanthropy, just for buying books and shopping online! The link is called Student Union and the log in is free and takes about 10 seconds to create. Once logged in, this website helps you find where online your text books are cheapest and then 5% of every purchase you make goes back to the sorority! It also had items to buy such as Vera Bradley or Toms shoes.

We would absolutely love if you signed up and used this resource. We get checks four times a year and it keeps track of who has earned us the most money. So if you utilize this website, maybe we could even allocate some of the gained revenue towards your plane tickets to come back for formals etc! The link and group ID for Sigma Delta Tau is below!
