It’s not just busy. It’s heavy.
Across districts this spring, we’re seeing the same pressure points.
What’s helping isn’t more.
It’s focusing on what actually works.

What would make behavior plans easier to use?
Support matters.
“One small act can be the difference between burning out and showing up tomorrow.”
You’re not alone. 💚
What’s one small act that reminds you you’re not alone?
A daily reminder:
Burnout is real. As the school year wraps up, it helps to remember why we do this work: so students know support is here.

Three doctoral students. Three universities. One shared goal: advancing evidence-based student mental health. 🎓💡
This year, we launched our first Graduate Student Research Award to support emerging leaders shaping school mental health:
• Jean Pauline Serrano (UC Santa Barbara ) - exploring trust, coordination, and access to care for students navigating adversity
• Caleb Edney (University of South Florida ) - developing a single-session ACT intervention for youth
• Chloe Hendrix (University of Wisconsin–Madison ) - advancing universal and Tier 2 supports with culturally responsive practices
We’re proud to support their work and the future of school mental health.
Congratulations to our inaugural award winners. 👏
