🎯 Our Clay Shoot Fundraiser was a hit! What an amazing day out at the range with our AEC community! We had sunshine, great food from The Brisket Shoppe, exciting raffle prizes, and lots of friendly competition, all while supporting ACE’s mission to provide mentorship, career exploration, and scholarships for students interested in architecture, construction, and engineering.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who came out to shoot, volunteer, and connect. Your energy and support help us create real opportunities for the next generation of A/E/C leaders.

The ACE Mentor Program of Greater Tampa Bay hosted its annual Trades Day, giving high school students the chance to roll up their sleeves and explore the world of construction in a hands‑on and meaningful way.

Students tried real tools, built new skills, and connected with professionals who shared what it’s really like to work in the industry.

Events like this don’t just teach skills. They spark possibilities. And that spark is exactly what builds the next generation of creators, problem solvers, and builders. Huge thanks to all the mentors, volunteers, and industry partners who make this experience possible year after year.

In November, our students had the incredible opportunity to tour Gensler's Tampa office and experience firsthand what it’s like to work in a world-class design environment. From learning about cutting-edge architecture and interior design to exploring how collaboration drives creativity, this visit inspired the next generation of A/E/C professionals.
