PLEASE READ: I'm a master’s student doing my Thesis research on the impact treatment experiences at Emergency Departments can have on mental well-being. I've had my fair share of distressing hospital experiences, and I'm hoping that building the body of research on this topic will encourage the medical industry to acknowledge the emotional facet of the patient experience and start making improvements. So, if you've been to the ER in the past 3 months, I'd really appreciate it if you took just 10 minutes to do the survey🙏 ❤️ Here: https://usf.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3qsKyL1pFwROouO

Hi! I'm Sydney Hart, a master’s student at University of South Florida, and I'm doing research on distress symptoms after Emergency Room treatment experiences (IRB Protocol #006438). You may be curious about why I'm researching this topic - well, I have complex disabilities and chronic pain, so unfortunately I've had my fair share of traumatic medical experiences. I'm hoping that building the body of research on this topic will encourage the medical industry to acknowledge how treatment experiences can affect us and start making changes. So, if you feel up to it and you've been to the ER in the past 3 months, I'd really appreciate it if you took just 10 minutes to fill out this survey: https://usf.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3qsKyL1pFwROouO
