Mirror play is a simple way to help your baby explore faces, expressions, and movement!

Try sitting together in front of a baby-safe mirror and talk about what you see. Point out their eyes, nose, smile, or silly expressions—and don’t be afraid to make a few funny faces too!

These playful back-and-forth moments can help support early communication, social connection, and self-awareness.
