It’s always special when alumni return to Tampa Prep to share where their paths have taken them!
Mackenzie Roussos ’03 joined our Arts Concentration students last Friday, October 2 for a conversation about her career in the entertainment industry and the many opportunities that exist for students passionate about the arts.
After graduating from Tampa Prep, Mackenzie attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and went on to begin her career in television development at Comedy Central. She later worked as an agent at CAA and UTA and is now a Partner at Entertainment 360, where she manages a roster of comedians, filmmakers, actors, and podcasters, including Michael Che, Aidy Bryant, Greta Lee, Meg Stalter, Benito Skinner, Hannah Berner, and more.
From sharing how she found her way into the industry to offering insight into what her work looks like today, Mackenzie gave our students a firsthand look at how a passion for the arts can grow into a career in ways they may not have considered.
Thank you, Mackenzie, for coming back to Tampa Prep and inspiring the next generation of artists and creatives!
