Coach after coach will spew it's importance, they will post gorgeous pics of spa days, pool poses and nature pictures. Gotta get that self care in!


It's honestly kind unflocking helpful 🤷‍♀️


Don't get your tail feathers in a bunch...all of those are wonderful things...but MOST of us are ok taking time to do things that fill us up. (You are in a manifesting group all about mother flockin FUN afterall)


But what about the self care that feels REALLY flocking hard to do?


This is stuff like...

💟 fueling your body well
💟 keeping your environment clean
💟 doing the deep inner work that isn't always pretty


These are 100% self care.


These are actually giving a FLYING FLOCK about your future self. Setting yourself up for YOUR success.


Putting the damn laundry away so you can dress your best to show up in your success vibe


Meal prepping the night before because you know your mornings are crazy


Cleaning is part of self care too. We know everything is energy...so manifesting in a cluttered or dirty environment....you are flying against the wind lil mingos!


I get doing this type of care is not always easy or accessible, but start framing it as an act of self LOVE!


You are gifting future you. You are aligning with your success by supporting your future vibe and environment.


Today that looked like a lot of scrubbing (and I bet you can guess what music I had on to make it more fun)

Hey new peeps. I'm Billy Alice aka the Sciencey Spiritualist.

I made the decision when I began my coaching that I was going to do this differently. My fun would always be top priority. I didn't want a business that felt like WORK! I wanted a successful business that felt amazing to work in. I've got nothing against hardwork! I've got everything against doing hardwork I have no interest in.

Every decision is based in my Intuition, I follow my feminine energy and prioritize my emotional well being above all else.

Manifesting is getting mainstream and I LOVE it, but I am also seeing people manifesting things that seem amazing but still leave them emotionally unfulfilled.

Here's the thing...law of attraction brings you exactly what you align with, so if you believe having a successful business comes with constant stress and endless work thats what you get.

Life (and business) SHOULD be fun more often than not. If it isn't...something is off. I refuse to wait for the weekend or next vacation to enjoy my life. I want that enjoyment now, I don't buy into sacrificing now for 'someday'

This is a bit radical and it takes immense self trust to listen to your intuition, but the trade off is life changing. I coach what I personally do, what I have lived.

My dream life didn't manifest overnight, I had to believe well before it was my reality.

The first step is looking at what you believe is possible. If you want a life that feels good the majority of the time, you MUST believe it is possible before you see the evidence.
