We had a delightful afternoon at the Big Bend Power Station on Tuesday. we would like to thank all our members who joined us for the tour, and we hope you learnt a little bit more on how our electricity is generated. We would also like to thank our amazing hosts, the TECO engineers, who made this event possible and an unforgettable one. Tom Blair is a national treasure! Sadly, this is our last event of the semester, but we have many more intriguing social functions planned for next year... From all of us at the IEEE PES, we would like to wish you all a happy thanksgiving 🎇🎉 enjoy the break!! @ Big Bend Power Station

Thank you to our undergraduates and graduates students who attended the event last week with Wayne Hartmann. We really hope that you left the event with newfound knowledge on how to protect microgrids. We would also like to thank Wayne for taking the time to come from so far and give another lecture at USF. Dr Jeong is the nicest human being. And last but not least, our members who assisted us in making this event a success. We would like to see you all at our next event! We have something special planned... @ USF Computer Science & Engineering
