💙⚡ Safety in Action at Lamb Elementary! ⚡💙

Today, our Lightning scholars had an amazing experience with BayCare’s Kids Bike Safety Program right here at Lamb Elementary School 🚲✨

Students learned important skills like helmet safety, road awareness, and how to ride responsibly all through fun, hands-on activities that kept them engaged and excited to learn. 🚸

We are so proud of our students for showing what it means to be safe, responsible, and respectful both on and off campus! ⚡💛

🤪📚 Wacky Wednesday at Lamb Elementary! 📚🤪

Today our students and staff showed up in their wackiest outfits, mismatched clothes, and silly styles as we celebrated Wacky Wednesday during Read Across America Week!

While the outfits may be silly, the reason we celebrate is very important. Read Across America promotes the joy and importance of reading. Reading helps students grow their imagination, build vocabulary, strengthen comprehension, and develop a lifelong love for learning. Books open doors to new ideas, new cultures, and endless possibilities for our students’ futures.

At Lamb Elementary, we are proud to celebrate reading and encourage our students to pick up a book, explore new stories, and become lifelong readers. 📖⚡

🚌⚡ What a powerful day at Lamb Elementary!

The Hillsborough Transit Authority Black History Bus rolled onto our campus and our students were able to step inside history, learn about influential leaders, and celebrate the rich contributions of African Americans in an interactive and meaningful way.

The excitement, the questions, and the pride on our scholars’ faces said it all—this was more than a presentation, it was an experience they will remember. 📚✊🏾
