Before…and after ✨✨
- Choosing a personal trainer includes a lot of variables. An important one includes: Have they been through a transformation themselves?
- I’ve been into weights for a long time but couldn’t seem to understand the importance of diet.
- It wasn’t until I started counting macros when I started to really get leaner and also while in a SLIGHT deficit in my calories.
- Walking is underrated. I have always hated cardio because of the intensity, but low intensity is actually better! Getrying at least 10k steps lowers your risk in heart disease and increases cardiovascular health. When you are consistent with your steps (yes every day), you will watch that fat shred off!
- Nutrition certification will be coming soon! I don’t offer nutritional services yet but I am starting a course at the end of the month and I am so excited to help everyone see results!

- I am a psychology major who strongly believes in the relationship between fitness and mental health
- Sessions run at $50 a session for individual training and $80 a session for buddy training (which is cheaper is you split it wink wink 😉)

- You must have a membership at Forged Fitness to train with me which comes with SO MANY benefits (never busy, small gym, less mirrors, ran by a psychologist, mental health seminars, self help books, other mental health resources, and diverse equipment.

First off I‘d love to introduce myself personally 😇
My name is Kayleigh 😊 I love traveling, my recent trip was in Maine and my favorite part was the hiking. I love animals and will do any animal encounter ever, I currently have two hometown dogs and one new corgi puppy who I will be bringing into the gym once she’s trained!! I’ve had previous experience with competing in bench (max 170), clean and jerk (max 175), and sn**ch (max 125) which I’ve earned state medals in. I have experience competing in cheerleading as well which I also still do to this day except I teach kids during the summer. I love going to the beach and especially seeing sea life. I also love my annual trips to go skiing and the last picture is from where I took a little tumble 😭
