Business credit could be the gateway that you need to start your business. Or in some cases, you could use business credit to expand your business.

One of the things I learned when I started my business using business credit. Was you need to get the business started. You need to generate some cash flow. You need to have the proper banking set up. And then this is the time to go apply for business credit

We are getting ready to ramp up the art of holding training. Which will be a combination of setting up a holding company getting business credit and learning how to operate your business.

There’s a lot that’s going to be going down.

The strangest things go on in my house.

This car was stolen two days after I rented it. This is what happened. I rented the car to someone. Then two days later, they decided to sell the car on craigslist.

I know you go over how could they sell the car without the title?

I don’t understand it but they somehow was able to do it and get $15,000 for this car.

This is one of the reasons that I am out of the car rental business.

People will do the damn this s**t things.

This was my first sports car. 2004 Audi S4 and have a huge V-8 in the front. All wheel drive. And it was a Six speed so you got the experience of shifting

This also started the yellow thing.

This is the reason that my Porsche 911 turbo S is yellow. And what’s going to happen in the future is I’m going to get a brand new Porsche Cayenne turbo in red to mirror the first sports car, sports SUV set up.

Yes I’m living in my dreams.

I got a thing for vanity license plates.. I don’t know when I’m a put on the Porsche thinking about it. And I’ll exchange the vanity plate that was on the BMW X5M and put that one on the Porsche However, I’m actually thinking about changing that one as well.

And this is a very fun ride. The last SUV I had I didn’t drive as much as I drive this one. I’m pretty much in the driver seat equally as with the 911 turbo S

I love the way that this vehicle drives.

These are cars from my car rental business. Everything I had was nice and shiny and very clean. I chose the car for the car rental business for a specific reason.

After six months of being a car rental business, all the cars were wrecked, damaged or messed up in someway. the car rental business is not for the faint of heart you will have issues.

I bought this vehicle because of the red seats. I love those seats the interior of the BMW X5 +1st class now one of the things that I didn’t like was the shape of the vehicle

But the Ritz seats were wonderful. I seriously love them. I almost got rid seats in the Porsche cayenne turbo however, over the red seats in the 911 turbo S was thinking it was gonna be too much red. What are things I’m getting ready to do next year is order a brand new probably 2025 Porsche Cayenne turbo hybrid.

The red is kicking.

This used to be my home office. I dramatically miss it. I have so much room. I can do virtually anything I wanted to do from the home office. I also have multiple video studios.

It was an extremely large house 5000 ft.² with half the basement unfinished so it could’ve been more.

If you’re going to start a business you need to have a home office that’s imperative for you to be successful on the larger term

You can make between $5000 and up to perhaps $30,000 per month with a very small home office. However to get to $100,000 per month to get to $200,000 to month to get to $300,000 a month you’re going to need a larger situation .

Also, we’re gonna need employees. Not a ton of employees my best year I have one employee my executive assistant at the home office cannot be optional is something that you will need to set up so you can realize you’re full of success.

Everyone loved his kitchen. It was huge and it was a den off to the side with the fireplace. Gave you a lot of room to operate.

I bought this watch last January it cost me $51,000 because of tax. This watch made me get rid of my Apple Watch. I actually sold that Apple Watch on eBay along with another Apple Watch

So having a solid gold Rolex watch is more for me than anything else.

Whenever I look down at my wrist is a reminder of the things that I’ve done, it’s a reminder of all the trials and tribulations I’ve experienced is a reminder of the success it has happened, but more importantly, it’s a reminder of the success that is coming.
