one small page that displays Lunar Islamic & Gregorian dates, a word of wisdomحكمة , “think 💭 not shrink 🤣,” agricultural dates (when to plant), weather الجو , spiritual notesand prayer time توقيت الصلاة , and poetry الشعر all together

Today is يوم التروية Attarwiya ، it comes from روى يروي it sounds like the verb to tell a story or novel like رواية. But this noun is تَروية watering

“The Day of Quenching” or “The Day of Watering.”

It is the 8th day of Dhul Hijjah in the Islamic calendar and marks the beginning of the major rituals of Hajj. Historically, pilgrims would prepare and fill themselves with water before traveling from Mecca to Mina, which is why it is called Tarwiyah (from the root related to water and quenching thirst).
