Long Post Warning!
Iโm hearing more and more feelings of overwhelm and frustration mounting, in great proportions, to what many of you have on your plate. Whether itโs being pulled in more directions than an octopus has tentacles, concerns about children and school, balancing working from home with or without children nearby, re-entry to the workplace environmentโthe list is never-ending.
And, now, the reality of not traveling to be with our families, or being alone, feels like a double whammy with Thanksgiving and the holiday season coming soon.
When we first began quarantining back in March- May, I offered many office teams a complimentary Zoom session on a variety of topics to help ease the transition and concerns. Iโm pulled to offer something similar now, publicly. (Even posting this is beyond my comfort zone!)
My work keeps me well-tuned to the stresses of work/life being faced. You donโt need to do this alone, nor keep your hand on a hot stove until it burns.
Letโs create community, together, in a learning environment and supportive call. A safe, confidential place to share thoughts, ideas, concerns with others who are like-minded -- wanting more peace and contentment amid the frenzy. Complimentary.
Create YOUR plan aimed to help increase YOUR Self-Care and Resiliency together, with others. Iโm here to serve. I want to offer what I can, to help, inform, share strategies and tools, and more.
Please PM me or email me at ellen@innovativeteamsolutions. Let me know if youโd like to learn more. Iโm open to listening to the needs and desires of those who show up! ๐
Is it worth 1 or 2 hours to invest in yourself? Weโll figure out the day and time, depending on the schedules of those participating. Here's to a peaceful time as we look towards a different holiday season. Different doesn't have to mean disappointing or stressFULL. Different can be a good kind of different!
