Congratulation to both my intern; Sydney Nadeau; and Individual Test Prep student; Sentovich; for passing their National Clinical Exam for Licensure.
Not only did they pass on their first attempt, they both exceeded the minimum score required for passing, and under the allotted exam time!
It has been both a privilege and an honor to have been a small part of their professional growth.

For those social workers who are considering taking the clinical exam for licensure in 2018, there are significant changes to be aware of.
There will be an increase in the number of questions in pertaining to two areas - 1. Assessment, diagnosis & treatment planning; 2. Psychotherapy, clinical interventions and case management.
There will be less emphasis on Human Development, diversity and behavior in the environment.

I want to share and also to congratulate Ada L. Brown, Audra Brown, and Juanita Chenault on accomplishing a major milestone in their professional career. All three of them took their clinical exam for licensure on the same day...and PASSED!!
As proud as I am of their achievement, it is but a reflection of the honor and a privilege, as their supervisor, to have been a small part of their journey towards licensure.
Please feel free to congratulate them on this major accomplishment!!!
