"All those late nights cramming for practicals, the tears cried not knowing if I would make it, and the prayers prayed for strength to keep goingโฆ I finally did it! My biggest goal in life is to help others, and UMA pushed me one chapter closer to reaching that goal. Words cannot describe the immense love and gratitude I have for the staff and faculty at UMA. Thank you for never giving up on me. I truly owe you all so much. Thank you especially to my loving family and friends for sticking by my side through it all, even when I was scared of failing. THANK YOU, UMA!"

In recognition of National EMS Week, Ultimate Medical Academy hosted a series of events focused on the experiences of those preparing to work in emergency medical services and the professionals who support communities every day.
Activities throughout the week included sessions on mental health and self-care, opportunities to connect with community partners, and conversations with experienced EMS professionals.
These moments highlight the importance of preparing for both the clinical and human side of care.
Imagine care without allied healthcare professionals.
They are often the first point of contact, helping patients navigate the process from scheduling appointments to checking in and understanding what comes next.
They guide patients, manage critical details, and help to ensure providers can deliver care effectively.
Across every step of the experience, they play an essential role in how care is delivered and how the system continues to function.
