He is Risen! Our King Jesus defeated death and freed us from sin. Happy Easter SPCCS friends and family.
As we reflect on why this Friday is called good, we continue to ask our Lord Jesus to heal a broken world. Yesterday, we lifted up our prayer intentions during a walking stations of the cross devotion. May everyone’s Easter bring renewal and Joy in Christ.

Our students were blessed to return to Mary Has a Little Farm at the beautiful Mary Help of Christians Center in Tampa. During this special Farm and Faith Day, they enjoyed encounters with animals and nature while reflecting on God’s creation. Afterwards, we visited the church and learned about holy saints whose relics were on display. We wrapped things up with a rosary walk.
Special thanks to Tom and Kay Conroy, along with the farm staff and Carolyn in the church, for their warm hospitality. God is gracious.

SPCCS congratulates one of our outstanding 8th-grade students, Legacy Joseph, who has now been accepted to all of his Catholic high school options in the city.
From first grade through eighth grade, he has matured into a great example of an SPC Lion Scholar (We definitely had to dig up some photos)

February is National Black History Month in the USA. Let us pray for our brothers and sisters in Canada and the USA of African and Caribbean descent, especially our holy men and women and young people.
We also pray for the canonization of Ven. Augustus Tolton, Ven. Henriette Delille, Servant of God Mother Mary Lange, Ven. Pierre Toussaint, Servant of God Julia Greeley, and Servant of God Sr. Thea Bowman.
It was a very special for SPCCS, and even though it was a bit chilly, our campus was warm with love as our friends from joined us to celebrate. Students dressed up throughout the week, participated in faith-filled activities, and gave thanks to God for our historic Catholic school. Our Jaguar friends revived our garden 🪴 and helped arrange our prayer room! We are grateful to the Lord above for being united in faith and community.
