This week’s Mission Vocabulary Words of the Week are:

⭐ Unanimous – agreeing completely
⭐ Concise – giving a lot of information in a few words
⭐ Incentive – something that encourages you to do something
⭐ Serene – calm, peaceful, and untroubled
⭐ Prevent – to keep something from happening

🏠 Wildcat Family Challenge: Ask your child which word they already know, then see if your family can use each of our Week 2 words in conversation this weekend!

The more our Wildcats hear, understand, and use new vocabulary, the stronger their communication and thinking become. ❤️🤍💙

Our IB Newsletters Are Here!

We’re excited to share our first IB Newsletter with Riverhills families! It will be coming home in Thursday Folders today.

Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Grade have launched their first unit, “Who We Are,” and are beginning to explore their IB Learner Profile Traits.

Third Grade launches their unit next week, so be on the lookout for their newsletter and a glimpse into the amazing learning happening in our classrooms!

Scouts of America stopped by today! There will be a sign-up night on Thursday, August 20th at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria.

Our students are already taking action to help those in need! Please send in donations by August 20th, 2026.
