Veterans: this is your reminder to take care of the machine. 🇺🇸🫡

Years of ruck runs, body armor, impacts, stress, and “just push through it” catch up eventually. Lately my back was talking loud — and I listened.

Had a powerful healing session at Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa, and I’m beyond grateful. This wasn’t a quick crack-and-go. This was intentional care. They listened, assessed the whole system, and helped bring my body back into alignment — physically and neurologically.

Pain isn’t weakness. Ignoring it is.
Healing is part of the mission.

If you’re a veteran dealing with back pain, tight hips, bad sleep, or that constant tension you can’t shake — do yourself a favor and get checked out. You don’t get extra points for suffering in silence.

Thanksgiving hits different when you’ve been through a few battles — the military kind and the life kind.
Today I’m grateful for community, health, and the people who help us stay upright when the body tries to wave the white flag.

Huge salute to Chiro Holistic Center of Tampa — a crew that actually listens, cares, and treats the whole human, not just the pain. From chiropractic work to energy healing, they keep our bodies in the fight and our minds in the game.

Wishing all my veterans, families, and supporters a powerful Thanksgiving full of peace, rest, and good food.

On November 12th at Miami Beach VFW Post 3559, I’ll be leading Quiet Weapons for Quiet Wars — a Veteran-led education project that tackles PTSD head-on through Positive Talk Therapy, plant medicine, and holistic tools for Post-Traumatic Growth.

This isn’t about reliving the pain.
It’s about reclaiming the mission.
