Spring is inspiring me lately. š·š·
I just had to let you know that you can cook your meals at home š
Like, actually cook them. Consistently. Without losing your mind.
I know youāre probably thinking one of these things:
āBut I donāt have timeā
āBut Iām tired when I get ā
āBut I donāt know what to makeā
āBut Iāve tried and it never sticksā
āBut Iām just not a ācooking personāā
Listen, hermana. I get it.
Iām a professional chef and there was a time I stood in my own kitchen at 7 pm eating cereal from the box because I was too overwhelmed to figure out dinner.
The irony was REAL.
But hereās what I learned: You donāt need more time. You donāt need to become a ācooking person.ā You donāt need complicated recipes or fancy ingredients.
You need 3 solid meal patterns you can make without thinking.
Thatās it. Thatās the secret.
When you have 3 go-to meals memorized - meals that work with what you already buy, that take 20 minutes max, that your family actually likes - everything changes.
No more decision fatigue. No more 6pm panic. No more guilt about takeout.
Just confidence.
This is what we build in Kitchen Confidence Kickstart.
Your 3 meals. Your shopping list. Your system.
75 minutes together and youāre set.
