Parents joined 5th & 6th grade students in class today to play their original board games, created as a culminating project for the integrated humanities--with questions from their study of literature, history, and religion this year.
Owls visited 3rd grade on campus today!
Our 7th & 8th graders have been studying the middle ages in humanities and held a medieval feast to celebrate. Last Friday of school, but we're still learning!

Our 4th graders brought medieval history to life in Miss Perez’s class by designing and presenting their own “impenetrable” castles! Students shared the stories behind their creations, explained their defensive features, and enthusiastically explored one another’s designs.

At St. Thomas Aquinas Academy, we believe that a strong education begins with teachers who are continually learning, growing, and refining their craft.
This past weekend, our faculty attended the Florida Summit on Classical Education in Miami, where they had the opportunity to learn from respected leaders and educators in the classical education renewal and gain practical tools to bring back to the classroom.
It was also a wonderful time of fellowship, collaboration, and shared inspiration as our teachers learned together and represented STA with joy and professionalism. 📚✨

“The play’s the thing…” ✨
Shakespeare Day at St. Thomas Aquinas Academy was a joy-filled celebration of beauty, truth, and creativity. Our students stepped into the richness of Shakespeare’s language and brought these timeless stories to life:
• 3rd Grade – A Midsummer Night’s Dream
• 4th Grade – The Comedy of Errors
• 5th & 6th – Julius Caesar
• 7th & 8th – Romeo and Juliet
Through their performances, they explored virtue, sacrifice, love, and the consequences of our choices—reminding us why these works have endured for generations.
We are incredibly proud of our students for rising to the challenge and sharing their gifts with such confidence and joy.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this event possible—our parish, staff, and generous supporters. 🤍
