Last year's 2022-2023 book was featured in Walsworth's Possibilities, Volume 10, which showcases the most captivating and innovative yearbooks from across the country. This year's 2023-2024 book is being printed, sewn, bound, and ultimately produced as I write this email. Your yearbook staff worked hard to make a book you'll love, so don't miss out!

The following Senior Graduation Intake Form provided below needs to be completed. It is imperative that all questions are answered accurately and thoroughly, as this information will be utilized for Graduation purposes. Hello Parents,

We have a student that has already started the video for the end of the year event. We would love it if every child was represented. If you would be so kind as to email me [email protected] with any photos you would like to have added to the link and I will add them. Please send photos with child’s name.

Please add some childhood photos leading up till now of your child or with their friends in the class! Please include photos especially from the early elementary days. We would love to see those baby pictures as well. 🥰

Dear CCS Families,

The High School Fine Arts Department is doing FIDDLER on the ROOF for the Spring Musical. The person we had lined up for CHOREOGRAPHY has run into some schedule conflicts and is unable to do the job.
Would you have choreography and/or dance in your background? And have the time to commit to teaching the students?(OR maybe you know someone who does?)

The show is April 19th and 20th. Our rehearsals start on February 5th. Usually, choreography will be dedicated to one night a week… starting at 3:30. There are 4 large group dances (full cast) and several small things that require minimal choreography.
There is an honorarium of $1500 plus CCS parent hours.

We are looking forward to a great trip! As a reminder, please meet at the Southwest Airlines check-in desk on January 1st between 11:45-12:00. The chaperones will give you a luggage tag as you check in.

Good afternoon, Lancer Families.

A couple things regarding next week’s schedule:

There is No US Aftercare Wednesday-Friday Next Week: With semester exams and the early release schedule, there will not be US aftercare Wednesday-Friday. Please see early release in the Semester Exams Schedule below. Do make transportation arrangements to pick up your child at the conclusion of their last exam or scheduled release time during exams. On Wednesday, 12/13, Middle School will be released at 11:10am.

Dress Code:
Wednesday 12/13 & Thursday 12/14: Regular CCS uniform. If you are not in your CCS uniform, you will not sit for the exam until you are in your CCS uniform. This is not a Crocs footwear day.
Friday: Spirit day 12/15: CCS shirt and jeans. If you are not in dress code (spirit day or regular CCS uniform) you will not sit for your exam until you are in CCS dress code. This is not a Crocs footwear day.

If you are interested in ordering Graduation Announcements or other Graduation Supplies with Herff Jones (our official graduation supplier), you may order over the phone, online (https://herffjonestampabay.com/), or in person at CCS on Monday, December 4th from 2:00-4:00 PM. Your cap and gown will be automatically ordered for you and is included in your CCS tuition/fees so no need to order it.
