Kids Bhangra classes are more than just learning a dance form, it’s like learning the cultural language of India. We learn the moves, with their names and details. Kids could try putting these steps to different music pieces to get creative.

See you Wednesday 6:30 pm. As adults, we spend so much of our time showing up for everyone else—family, work, home, responsibilities. Somewhere in that list, we often come last.

Our adult dance classes are about changing that for one hour. ❤️

An hour to choose yourself. To move, laugh, learn, let go and be around people who are doing the same. No chores. No deadlines. No roles to play.

Just you, the music, and a little time that belongs entirely to you.
