To all my people pleasers people, this one’s for you! Going into the holiday season and having to be with those family and friends who may seem like a black hole of emotional energy it’s all good if you know their emotional process has nothing to do you 🙌🏼. Carry on and be happy and everyone else is responsible to manage their own happiness - it’s not your job !

This little girl has been a light 💡 in everyone’s life ! Can’t believe she’s already two !

The wrapper is temporary, internal is eternal.

How many times did things not work out in the past and I was disappointed and heartbroken? And …THANK GOODNESS they didn’t. I have left behind a past of carnage of people, jobs and business deals that went sideways and in many cases I’m so lucky that it did ! I learned that I can Trust the life, trust the process and trust where I’m being lead. Ready to readjust to whatever life throws my way while still putting energy into things that are important to me ! #2023

was a good time last week. Retracing the steps of the first founding families and eating great cuisines! I have a great ancestor G. Couture who was nothing short of a hero in his time. I found his statue after a short ferry ride to Levis and a 20 minute bike ride along the St Lawrence river on a bike trail. He was known for his work with the Native Indians and many other things. After seeing his resume and what he endured during his life including being a prison and severely tortured , it’s hard not to feel like a light weight in this life. He endured and continued on to do great things. Life may be challenging sometimes but it’s never as hard as those who came before us.

So much going on in the world right now, don’t forget to take time for yourself to process things and don’t be afraid to turn off the news/social media feeds/negative feeds.

We had a great week with , Seth, and Charlotte ! We went to and enjoyed seeing it through the eyes of a toddler for the first time. ❤️
