This summer, 20 high school students stepped into the world of cancer care and research through the Moffitt Explorers Oncology Program. Students in grades 9–12 traded the traditional classroom for a hands-on experience exploring the science, technology and careers behind the fight against cancer.

From discovering different career pathways to learning directly from professionals in the field, these future scientists, researchers and healthcare leaders got an inside look at what it takes to make an impact in oncology. The future of cancer care is looking bright.

This summer, we welcomed 30 enthusiastic high school students for the Judy Genshaft Honors College Summer Scholar Institute: Mock Trial Intensive on the USF St. Petersburg campus.
Mock Trial Intensive, in collaboration with Stetson Law is a unique look at the legal system, court procedures, public speaking, and legal studies.
