Life Loves You & The 10 Dots ……….

The idea is to practice one affirmation throughout the day.  We recommend you start with the affirmation that’s the main theme of this book.  We invite you to begin the day by looking in the mirror and saying out loud, Life loves you.  Please repeat this ten times.  For variation you may wish to affirm: 

❤︎  I am open to Life loving me today. 

❤︎  I allow Life to love me today. 

❤︎  I say YES to life loving me today. 

❤︎  I am grateful for Life loving me. 

❤︎  Life loves me, and I feel blessed.  

Next, we want you to place ten dots in places where you will see them throughout the day.  You can find self-adhesive dots in most stationery stores.  Any shape will do: a circle, a star, a heart, a little angel, a smiley face.  ⭕️⭐️💜😇😊

➽ Stick these dots on your mirrors, your teakettle, your refrigerator, your car steering wheel or dashboard, your wallet, your computer screen, and anywhere else you may frequently look.  Every time you see one of your ten dots, be sure to affirm consciously Life loves me.  

Remember, this affirmation is a new beginning.  It is realigning your thinking with the basic truth I am lovable.  Note: Affirmations don’t work in theory; they work in practice! ❤︎

Do What You Love 

If you were raised with the belief that you must "work hard" to earn a living, it's time to let that belief go.  Use the affirmation: WORK IS EASY AND FUN FOR ME, or I ENJOY ALL MY WORK.  Keep repeating your affirmation until your consciousness changes.  

Do what you love, and the money will come. You have a right to enjoy earning money.  Your responsibility to Life is to participate in enjoyable activities. 

As you find a way to do something that you enjoy, Life will show you the way to prosperity and abundance.  Almost always, that activity is playful and joyful.  Our inner guidance never gives us "shoulds." The purpose of Life is to play.  

When work becomes play, it is fun and rewarding.

Would you rather be right, or would you rather be happy?  😊

This is a question I learned to ask myself (and my clients) from the work of Louise Hay.  As she so wisely taught, we all have opinions on "rightness" based upon our own beliefs & perceptions, and it can be easy to justify those feelings.  There may even be a desire to punish others for what they did to us; however, something to consider is that WE are the ones running the story over and over in our own minds.  Which ultimately lends itself to holding ourselves hostage in the present moment because someone hurt us in the past.

To release the past experiences, we can choose to be WILLING to forgive, even if we're not entirely certain how exactly to go about it. 

In my line of work, "forgiveness" means giving up our hurtful feelings and just letting the whole thing go.  Not because "it" was ok but because we want to be OK.  ❤️‍🩹

If there is one thing I know for certain, the one person that I had the toughest time forgiving has most certainly moved on.  So by me sitting in the energy of self-righteous resentment, it only kept me stuck.  Therefore, "I now choose to forgive all past experiences!"

You do not have to force anything. Relax. Everything will fall into place.

 

So much of our lives is a mystery. There is so much more than what we can imagine.

 

We must accept this idea of mystery. Some questions don't have any definite answers.

 

Trying to control everything will only leave you feeling frustrated and helpless. Trust the process that is greater than you.

 

Breathe and go with the flow. Focus on remaining centered through it all. Make peace with not knowing what happens next.
